The Systems Pharmacy Membership Terms & Conditions
Welcome to The Systems Pharmacy! We’re excited to support you with tech, automation, and strategic systems that simplify your business life. By subscribing to this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Overview
The Systems Pharmacy is a monthly membership that includes:
Personalized strategy and tech support
Weekly feedback loops (video submission or thread replies)
Access to the Tech Vault and other exclusive resources
Entry into our private community (Facebook or similar platform)
2. Payment Terms
Membership is $127 USD per month, billed monthly.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Payments will auto-renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of this membership and the immediate access provided, all sales are final.
You may cancel your membership at any time through the membership portal. No cancellation fees apply.
No refunds are issued for partial months of service. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the membership portal, including all resources and submissions.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, videos, templates, and resources shared in this membership are the intellectual property of The Systems Rx, LLC.
These materials are for your personal use only.
You may not copy, share, or distribute content outside of the membership without written permission.
5. Promotions & Discounts
If promotional pricing or bonuses are offered, they are subject to their own time-sensitive terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of promotion. These cannot be applied retroactively.
6. Weekly Submissions
Members are entitled to submit one video (up to 30 minutes in length) every week for personalized feedback.
Weekly submissions must be made by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) to guarantee a response within 48 hours.
Videos should clearly outline the issues, challenges, or areas where you need feedback.
Submissions will remain private and will not be shared with other members unless explicit permission is granted by you.
7. Communication and Email Notifications
By joining The Systems Pharmacy, you agree to receive email communications related to your membership, including important announcements, feedback on submissions, reminders, and responses to your questions.
You are responsible for adding the membership’s email addresses to your contact list to avoid missing these important communications.
8. Question Submissions
Members may ask general questions through two methods:
Facebook Group Discussion: Publicly post questions in the Facebook group, where you can receive support from both the group and the membership host.
Question Box: For private or anonymous questions, members can use the Question Box feature in the membership portal. Questions submitted here will remain anonymous, and responses will be stored in a Q&A database accessible to all members.
9. Tech Vault Requests
Members can request tech tutorials that are relevant to their business needs.
Tutorials will be created based on demand and at the discretion of the membership host.
Not all tutorial requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled, but efforts will be made to address common themes and challenges.
10. Disclaimer: No Client-Contractor Relationship
By joining The Systems Pharmacy, you understand and agree that no client-contractor or client-consultant relationship is formed. This membership provides access to educational resources, personalized advice, and strategy but does not include done-for-you services.
11. Membership Management
You can manage your membership directly through the ThriveCart customer portal, where you can:
Update billing information.
Cancel your membership at any time.
Review your payment history.
12. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the membership, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, tech resources, and responses, is the intellectual property of The Systems Pharmacy. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Systems Pharmacy does not guarantee any specific business outcomes or results. While every effort is made to provide accurate and effective strategies, it is your responsibility to implement the suggestions and solutions provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Systems Pharmacy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the membership services.
14. Modifications to the Terms
The Systems Pharmacy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the membership portal. Your continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
16. Member Conduct
This space is built on respect and collaboration. Any harmful or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the membership without refund.
